You will be responsible for:- Participating in the preparation (mise en place) of the different sections;- Carrying out preliminary preparations: cutting, stocks, sauces, and basic preparations;- Ensuring certain cooking processes and participating in service;- Plating dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail;- Respecting technical sheets and the establishment's quality standards;- Ensuring the cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of your station;- Ensuring good stock management: expiration dates, hygiene;- Strictly applying hygiene and safety rules.Profile SoughtYou have confirmed experience in the kitchen, ideally acquired in a bistronomic, gastronomic, or high-end environment.
