About the Role
We are seeking a
Digital Media & Website Specialist
to join our global team at the headquarters in Lucerne. In this role, you will lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies and website content, with a strong focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads. You will report directly to the Global New Business Lead, Marcom, and BI, and collaborate closely with marketing and business teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the global execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and content platforms
* Optimize digital advertising to maximize ROI through performance monitoring and budget adjustments
* Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content and product collaterals
* Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all digital touchpoints
* Maintain and optimize the company website using
Drupal
(mandatory)
* Ensure the site is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with digital marketing initiatives
* Use tools like Google Analytics and campaign managers to track performance
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams worldwide
* Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions
Your Profile
* Proven experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and website management
* Mandatory proficiency in Drupal
for website content management and optimization
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
* Proficiency in social media and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling digital content
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
* Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
* University degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Ability to lead projects autonomously in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
