Key Responsibilities:
* To configure and customize ERP and business applications based on organizational requirements.
You will ensure adherence to internal IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you will lead medium-complexity application projects (under six months), provide second-level support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
Analyze business processes and translate them into functional application requirements
. You will maintain and prioritize the application change request backlog. Moreover, coordinate with external partners involved in ERP management. Also manage development testing deployment of application updates prepare comprehensive documentation for managed apps train staff accordingly.,
