The company is a market leader in its sector, operating under a recurring service-based business model with a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability and long-term partnerships. The Swiss entity, established over a decade ago, represents a strategic and growing market within the Group.
Scope of the Role
The role combines strategic leadership and strong operational involvement in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop HR team
* Oversee all HR activities across a multisite industrial structure
* Drive recruitment, workforce planning and talent development
* Manage employee relations and social partnership matters
* Support business leaders on performance, organization and transformation topics
* Contribute to ongoing growth initiatives (organic expansion and potential acquisitions)
* Ensure alignment with international HR standards while adapting to Swiss market specificities
Profile
* Must Have of 5–10 years of HR leadership in a multisite environment with blue-collar workers
* Strong communication and management skills
* Strong operational mindset combined with strategic perspective
* Experience in complex workforce management and employee relations
* Hands‑on, credible and charismatic leader
* Highly analytical, intellectually agile and autonomous
* High development potential within an international group environment
* Fluent German and English required; French is a strong asset
