Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Application Development Consultant to join their team in support of a critical federal government mission.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will possess 6-7 years of experience in PeopleSoft development, with a strong focus on Integration Broker, nVision, and PeopleCode.
* Document integrations with external systems such as CRM, Citibank, Treasury SPS, and GTAS.
* Analyze nVision, PeopleSoft Query, and web reports to identify data sources and logic.
* Assess the feasibility of automating bank reconciliation processes.
* Document integration-related batch processes and data flows.
* Identify integration/reporting pain points for root cause analysis.
* Deliver iterative documentation cycles with stakeholder reviews.
* Interview USHMM IT/finance staff to clarify integration and reporting needs.
* Contribute to a future-state roadmap focusing on integration and reporting modernization.
This role requires a deep understanding of federal reporting standards and dual FASAB/FASB systems.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with the team to deliver sprint-based outputs.
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of the PeopleSoft 9.2 environment (PeopleTools 8.6, PUM 50).
* Identifying and addressing integration/reporting pain points.
* Providing technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* 6-7 years of PeopleSoft development experience.
* Experience with integrations, federal interfaces, and reporting in PeopleSoft 9.2.
* A strong understanding of federal reporting standards and dual FASAB/FASB systems.
* Excellent technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
