Base pay range CHF100,000.00/yr - CHF120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Lead financial management and handle mandates for other institutions.
Create budgets, financial plans, and financial statements.
Manage payroll accounting as well as fee and insurance affairs.
Coordinate the secretariat of the property commission and organize meetings.
Actively participate in optimization and digitization projects.
Support the training of apprentices and share your knowledge.
Requirements Diploma as a Bernese financial administrator or a comparable qualification.
Proficient in municipal software such as Abacus, HRM2, and MS Office.
Structured, independent, and reliable work style.
Solution-oriented team player with high service orientation.
Flexible and motivated to actively shape change processes.
