Job Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Java software developer, ideally with solid hands‑on development experience in Spring Boot and microservices
* Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD, Git, GitLab pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and test automation
* Willingness to operate and continuously improve business‑critical platforms at scale
* Independent and pragmatic working style, with the ability to analyze and handle complex situations autonomously
* Resilience – able to stay calm and solve problems even in challenging situations
* Experience with relational and non‑relational databases as well as Kafka (or other message brokers)
