About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Payments Team.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the product development cycle, from features proposal and prioritization to end-to-end delivery and KPIs monitoring. They will analyze different user behaviors through research and analysis in various markets, manage complexity, and achieve an optimal product through feature enhancement or removal.
* Take ownership of the product, setting objectives and sharing a vision with business partners.
* Lead the product development cycle: from features proposal and prioritization to end-to-end delivery and KPIs monitoring.
* Manage complexity, achieving an optimal product through feature enhancement or removal.
* Analyze different user behaviors through research and analysis in various markets.
* Support product development engineers in their daily tasks and ensure alignment with business strategy.
Key Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager in digital business.
* Previous experience in online payments for high-traffic B2C e-commerce.
* Experience working with agile and cross-functional teams to deliver quality product increments.
* High proficiency in spoken and written English.
