Production Operator Bioconjugates

We are seeking Operators to join our talent community in Visp, Switzerland. This exciting opportunity offers a 6-week training program for career changers. You will then begin the role of Operator and be responsible for the on-site production activities in the Bioconjugates area.
The ideal candidate will have vocational training (EFZ) or Technical Degree, or equivalent experience. Meticulous and documentation skills are also essential. Additionally, the ability to carry out work with a high level of safety awareness is necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
* Independent operation of familiar parts of the production plant in accordance with specification documents (manufacturing protocols / operating instructions / work instructions / SOP)
* Safe and accurate execution of work in compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements
* Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the workplace as well as the assigned rooms and warehouses
* Every operator in the Ibex operation is involved as an equal team member through active assistance in continuous improvement processes

This role requires proficiency in German and/or English. Education in Chemical, Biology or pharmaceutical technology is an advantage. Knowledge of DeltaV or MES, as well as experience in GMP, is an asset.
We operate a 4-shift operation with flexibility in work scheduling. The ideal candidate must be willing to adapt to this schedule.
