As an HR Manager International, you take responsibility for the structured establishment and further development of our HR structures in new countries. You create the foundation for international growth to function legally secure, scalable, and operationally clean.

In doing so, you think not only in individual countries but in sustainable international structures. Together with People & Culture and Finance, you ensure that our global HR processes are consistent, compliant, and capable of growth.


International HR Setup

* You build international HR structures from scratch and develop viable setups for new countries – from the appropriate model (e.g., internal setup or Employment of Record) to operational implementation.
* You manage external partners such as tax consultants, payroll providers, and lawyers confidently and ensure that employment contracts, HR documents, and payroll processes are implemented legally secure and compliant.
* You establish local payroll processes, coordinate authority registrations, apply for company numbers, and implement labor and social security law requirements thoroughly.
* You review country-specific supplementary insurances and benefits and implement suitable solutions for our employees on site.


HR Administration & Operations

* You are responsible for the administrative HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit – and work hands‑on in day‑to‑day business.
* You act as a deputy in payroll accounting and ensure smooth processes.
* You are the contact person for our employees regarding administrative questions and ensure clarity and reliability in everyday life.


Project Work & Recruiting

* You independently take on HR projects – from digitization to process optimization to building scalable international structures.
* You support recruiting processes as needed and actively contribute to international talent development.


Your Profile

* You bring 5–7 years of HR experience and have actively built or significantly co‑managed international HR setups – from conception to operational implementation.
* You have completed HR training (e.g., certified HR specialist) or a comparable further education.
* You work structured, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented and keep an overview even with complex international issues.
* You take responsibility, get involved yourself, and feel confident both in project environments and in operational day‑to‑day business.
* You act confidently, assertively, and on equal footing in exchange with external partners such as tax consultants, payroll providers, or lawyers.
* You communicate clearly, reliably, and professionally – internally and externally, in German and English.
