As an apprentice trainer, you will be responsible for preparing apprentices for obtaining their qualifications. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality training and promote the development of technical and professional skills of apprentices: Develop and deliver training in electricity and support apprentices in SwissSkills competitions and the Eurobot robotics contest. Evaluate the progress of apprentices and adjust educational content to optimize learning and skills development. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and integrate this knowledge into the core CFC training programs. Require at least three years of professional experience as an ES technician (one OIBT certification is a plus). A pedagogical background or willingness to train (HEFP - 600h). Ability and desire to work with a young audience. Focused on electrical wiring and commissioning. Knowledge of Siemens (TIA Portal) and Beckhoff (3) would be a significant asset.
