Senior Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager to join our MedTech Strategy & Competitiveness Team. The role supports the MedTech supply chain by leading resilience programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure uninterrupted performance, customer service, innovation, and profitability.
Overview
Locations: Raritan, NJ; Cork, Ireland; Zug, Switzerland. This role may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements; applicants may apply to one or more postings. The role may require up to 20% travel, domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic resilience programs and/or workstreams for MedTech.
* Analyze complex resilience problems and translate them into clear, structured mitigation action plans.
* Ensure strong project management and governance processes with appropriate controls, metrics, and leadership updates.
* Lead execution effectively, timely, and on budget.
* Challenge the program team to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Business, Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
* Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or Risk Management.
* Strong understanding of Business Unit Supply Chains and End-to-End (E2E) platforms and value streams in the MedTech industry (preferred).
* Experience in at least one of: trade controls/trade compliance, data integration, data analysis, or mitigating supply chain risks.
* Strong analytical skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams or initiatives.
* High level of energy, enthusiasm, tact, and ability to engage with senior executives.
* Knowledge of project/program management methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., FPX, PMP, PMI/PMBOK).
* Role can be based at Johnson & Johnson Medical Device sites in North America, Ireland, or Switzerland; travel up to 20%.
