Injection Molding Machine Setter / MechanicFor our site in Domdidier, which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for an Injection Molding Machine Setter / Mechanic.Join our team as an Injection Molding Machine Setter / Mechanic and put your expertise to work on a state-of-the-art machine park, in an environment where technical rigor rhymes with quality.What does the job consist of?- Perform the assembly and disassembly of molds for production changes, maintenance, and repairs of presses and peripherals.- Control setting parameters, deviations, implementation, and execution of corrective measures.- Optimize processes by providing solutions that improve yield and quality.- Perform the initial inspection of each product run according to quality control requirements.- Provide first-level maintenance for injection molding presses.- Control and study production data for a machine and take corrective measures.What do we expect from you?- CFC in the mechanical field, plastics technologist (TMP), or similar.- Experience in setting injection molding presses and their peripherals.- Equipment such as robots or other systems are not unknown to you.- Good knowledge of the French language (German is an asset in the field of plastic injection).- Knowledge of ERP, Microsoft365 (SAP is an asset).- Experience in the field of Lean management.- Willingness to undergo personal training.- Work in a 2x8 team model.What do we offer you?- You want to work for a modern company focused on technology and a market leader?
