Deliverables
Edit and deliver 15–25+ direct response video ad variations weekly for Meta campaigns
Utilize UGC, AI voiceovers, and AI-generated animated content in creative outputs
Adapt video style, pacing, and messaging for different target audiences within the DACH market
Analyze ad performance data and iterate on creative based on results
Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to align on campaign objectives
Maintain brand consistency across all video assets
Requirements
Native or fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
Proven experience editing direct response video ads, ideally for DTC brands
Proficiency with AI-powered video editing tools and standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and ad data analysis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Availability for full-time remote contract work
