Overview
Hands-on role to run and execute a small-scale end-to-end supply operation.
You ensure products are produced, stocked, shipped, and delivered — without disruption.
Scope (based on Scientis flow)
Upstream (Supply)
Procurement:
Place and track POs (materials, packaging, finished goods, marketing)
Manage suppliers (price, lead time, delivery)
Manufacturing (CMO):
Follow production planning and readiness
Ensure timelines, batch execution, and COGS control
Midstream (Storage & Planning)
Inventory & Warehousing:
Manage SKU differentiation and customization
Monitor stock levels (SA, US, APAC, EU)
Manage replenishment and stock allocation
Demand Planning / S&OP:
Support S&OP with commercial and finance
Plan and execute purchase & supply
Downstream (Execution)
Logistics & Shipment:
Manage with 3PLs (warehousing, picking, shipping)
Customer & Order Operations:
Process and fulfill orders (Distributors / B2B / e-commerce)
Handle claims, returns, and issue resolution
Track shipments and documentation
Profile
5-10 years in supply chain / operations (FMCG, pharma, dermo-cosmetics)
Experience with CMOs, 3PLs, and international operations
Problem solver, able to fix operational issues fast
