2. Represent consolidated viewpoints in program discussions
3. Facilitate preparation for meetings and decision-making
4. Proactively identify and moderate potential conflicts or misalignments
5. Drive clear, consensus-based oues

Must Haves:
9. A university degree inmunication, business management, change management or a similar degree
10. Min. 10 years of experience
11. Strong facilitation and preparation skills
12. Extensive knowledge of operating model design and implementation
13. Extensive knowledge of Support models for business application support
14. Strategic thinking and influence
15. Effectivemunication skills
16. Confidence navigatingplex or politically sensitive environments
17. Ability to simplify andmunicate clearly across levels
18. Application lifecycle management processes
19. SAFe framework (extensive, practical knowledge)
20. Fluency in English
