* Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
* Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
* Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
* Stay up to date with new products & company updates
Qualifications
* Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
* Excellent communication & empathy skills
* Customer service experience is a plus
* Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
