Leads the annual Supply Chain Segmentation process. /p h3Tier/STEM Orchestration /h3 ul liIdentify and assess supply issues, coordinate with GSC/GPS Leaders and manage communication of issue management to Senior Leaders. /li liEnsure supply sites maintain feasible mitigation plans with timely updates. /li liManage escalation pathways and produce regular status reports. /li liLead root cause analysis and mitigation actions. /li liConduct regular issue reviews and continuous improvement. /li liMonitor system‑identified supply risks and maintain review cadence. /li /ul h3APAC Intercon Regional SOP /h3 ul liLead execution of APAC and Intercon Regional SOP meetings, document gaps, resolutions and recommendations for Executive review. /li liCoordinate Market SOP process; drive supply chain and commercial strategy decisions. /li liProvide reports, metrics, and recommendations for Executive review. /li liMaintain schedule, agenda, minutes, action items and allocate decisions. /li liCommunicate constraints, collaborate with Demand Supply Planning and participate in demand consensus meetings. /li liSupport portfolio segmentation, attend finance budget reviews, develop continuous improvement plans. /li liTrain and coach stakeholders on SOP roles, responsibilities and expectations. /li /ul h3Supply Chain Segmentation /h3 ul liLead annual segmentation process; maintain exception rules, off‑cycle process and align recommendations with CPSO Leadership and partners. /li liCollaborate with CPSO BIT; maintain tool accuracy and train stakeholders. /li liEnsure accuracy and integrity of the segmentation tool and conduct refresher training as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBS/BA in Technical Field, advanced technical degree and/or equivalent experiences desirable; Masters/MBA desired. /li liMore than 15 years of experience leading end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning processes at global/companywide scale. /li liExperience building high‑performing teams with empowerment, inclusion and growth focus. /li liProject Management and Change Management capabilities. /li liStrong understanding of demand forecasting impact on financial and operational planning. /li liExceptional communication skills—verbal, written, presentation—to deliver clear, concise messaging to executive leaders. /li liStrong interpersonal, collaborative, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision‑making under time pressure. /li liAgile leadership, adaptability and focus in fast‑paced environment. /li liAbility to attract, develop and retain high‑performing teams. /li liStrong cross‑functional stakeholder leadership and influence across organizational boundaries. /li liTravel as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
