For a trading company in Hochdorf, we are looking for a person for the Sales Back Office team.
Your Tasks
* Support of assigned customers within the framework of the customer care concept
* Answer price enquiries, create standard offers and process orders
* Support sales advisors, account managers and key account managers
* Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
* Process visit reports and maintain customer and master data
* Send samples and documentation
Our Requirements
* Commercial basic training desirable
* Professional experience in administration or sales back office
* Outgoing and communicative personality with a positive basic attitude
* High degree of independence and initiative
* Very good IT skills
* Very good German skills
* Solid oral English and French skills
