Our International Marketing Group is responsible for defining brand strategy and medical evidence to ensure that product/brand strategy aligns to the needs of international markets.
The Senior Manager will define and implement development roadmaps for transformational digital products to successfully deliver upon customer and business expectations seamlessly integrated within Alcon's technology ecosystem and successfully implemented within key markets.
A Typical Day:
1. Analyze customer behaviors, research, and trends to identify key insights and opportunities for optimizing product strategies for both external and internal audiences.
2. Translate behavioral research and insights into a prioritized feature development roadmap to drive increase performance and customer satisfaction for both external and internal audiences.
3. Partner and lead cross-functional teams across international and global groups to deliver against the roadmap, proactively solving for potential issues and collaboratively delivering solutions to roadblocks that arise.
4. Manage large digital initiatives, including the management of multiple stakeholders, significant budgets, and complex timelines.
5. Lead the implementation of internal and external customer-centric plans, including idea generation, commercial strategy, and launch package materials to ensure successful launches for the international region and within a market.
6. Partner with country leaders to drive the implementation of digital products and activation of commercial programs to accelerate internal and external customer engagement.
7. Establish KPIs and ensure that products meet or exceed financial and customer (internal and external) engagement targets, increasing traffic, engagement, conversion, and/or sales.
8. Ensure successful delivery of product-specific roadmaps on time, within budget, and above adoption KPIs.
9. Drive a Digital Mindset culture by inspiring the team to deliver plans that add value to the customer's experience, develop and train talent to establish a high-performing omni-channel and multi-channel organization.
