Fleet Manager (M/F/D) 80 – 100%
As part of a small, dynamic team, you will be responsible for our vehicle fleet.
Your responsibilities
* Responsible for technical maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
* Planning and coordinating vehicle inspections (MFK), tire management and purchasing.
* Coordinating all repairs, scheduling workshop appointments and processing accident claims.
* Repairing minor vehicle damage/ maintenance.
* Assisting the COO with operational planning.
* Further development of fleet management including establishing a vehicle check-out and check-in process.
* Obtaining customs certificates (Carnet ATA).
Your profile
* Completed technical training in commercial vehicles or automotive engineering.
* Business administration continuing education (technical sales representative or similar).
* Flexible availability.
* Professional experience in fleet or workshop management.
* Confident communication skills in German and English; additional languages are beneficial.
* Class C/C1 driver’s license for workshop visits and empty runs.
