To strengthen our International Distribution teams, we are seeking an
International Distribution & Logistics Analyst (50%, M/F)
based at our Headquarters in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Reporting to the Global Logistics Project Manager, this role will support operational activities, help structure and improve logistics processes, conduct data analysis, and contribute to ongoing supply chain projects. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and secured operations while supporting continuous improvement across our logistics and distribution processes.
Job Responsibilities
* Process Documentation & Standardization
* Formalize and structure the processes currently followed by the teams, ensuring completeness and consistency.
* Track and document upcoming process changes and evolutions planned for 2026.
* Operational Support
* Manage and control invoices (3PL, transportation, duties and taxes) while ensuring the necessary consistency checks.
* Support monthly closing activities by securing timely and accurate invoice validation.
* Monitor and resolve stock discrepancies between our different IT system in collaboration with our 3PL (blind returns, stock reports).
* Provide support for analyzes during semi-annual physical inventories.
* Business Performance & Project Analyst
* In order to better follow our warehouses, ensure data analysis and the update/development of performance monitoring indicators for our platforms.
* Potential contribution to various cross-functional projects, such as:
* Organization of special sales.
* Review of pricing grids in collaboration with procurement teams.
* Analysis and reporting of the company's CSR impact.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Initial experience in supply chain or logistics. Skills: Understanding of logistics operations, inventory management principles, and international trade mechanisms. Highly motivated by process optimization, capable of structuring and clarifying procedures, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to propose effective solutions. Methodical and rigorous, with strong analytical skills. Able to work independently and demonstrate proactivity. Good knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong asset. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Languages: Fluent in French and English; German would be an advantage.
