Your contribution
Lead development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and meeting key performance metrics. You will own and be responsible for mid-sized projects, including internal initiatives and customer-specific projects.
Responsibilities
Build and define project teams with the appropriate cross-functional skills.
Manage planning, staffing, and execution of development projects in lab automation and clinical diagnostics, following applicable processes.
Plan, monitor, and report on complex projects, coordinating with related projects.
Maintain proactive communication within the organization and with stakeholders, including senior management.
Demonstrate leadership at all management levels.
Coordinate team members across multiple locations.
Ensure efficient implementation and compliance with processes, guidelines, and regulations such as ISO 13485, IEC 61010, and the machinery directive (2006/42/EC).
Lead cross-departmental activities to ensure successful project delivery from feasibility to industrialization.
Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts proactively.
Your background
We value passion and talent alongside technical skills.
BSc or MSc in engineering, life sciences, mechanical, or electrical disciplines.
A PhD in Life Sciences with project management certification (e.g., PMP) and leadership training is a plus.
At least 3 years of project management experience, especially in developing complex instruments or automated diagnostic solutions.
Experience in product management and business administration is advantageous.
Fluent in English; additional languages like German are a plus.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven experience managing highly regulated product development projects, with a focus on automation and agile methodologies.
