Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our Back‑of‑house networks in managed properties, contact centers, and corporate offices, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our data center environments.
Design, implement and support new and existing services for customers and business partners.
Improve performance and availability of existing networks and services.
Research, track, document, publish, maintain and deliver on network policies and procedures.
Work with management to improve processes, procedures and reduce inefficiencies.
Employ out‑of‑the‑box thinking – textbook solutions are not always the best answer.
Mentor, train and assist team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
7+ switches, firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD/Fortinet) and security concepts
Experience with Cisco Meraki or similar cloud‑managed networking platforms
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) is a plus
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
Experience in hybrid cloud networking environments

Compensation
Salary range: $90,900 - $118,000. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and location, and will meet local requirements including minimum wage.
