You will be responsible for developing and executing both the long-term Master Supply Plan (4-24 months) and the mid-term Master Production Schedule (4-13 weeks) across critical manufacturing resources. Working in close collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Experience teams, you will ensure production feasibility, improve planning performance and support business growth while maintaining high service levels. Your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liDevelop and maintain the Master Supply Plan for key bottleneck resources, ensuring cross-functional alignment across the organization /li liLead and facilitate Master Scheduling (MPS) review meetings with key stakeholders to confirm priorities, feasibility and operational actions /li liBuild and manage the Master Production Schedule for critical manufacturing resources /li liEnsure planning master data accuracy in ERP systems, reflecting supply capabilities and lead times /li liMonitor and report Operational Planning KPIs, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions /li liContribute to the Supply Review step of the SOP process, providing insights and recommendations to address operational constraints /li liLead what-if scenario planning and recovery plans in case of capacity or material constraints /li liAct as a key driver for planning and supply chain continuous improvement, enhancing planning processes, reporting tools and data quality /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance, inventory optimization and operational productivity /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field /li li10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within complex manufacturing or industrial environments /li liProven experience in Master Production Scheduling or advanced production planning roles /li liStrong expertise in short-term scheduling and long-term capacity planning /li liExcellent command of ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and planning tools /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments /li liWell-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently /li liExperience contributing to continuous improvement and planning process optimization initiatives /li liFluent French and English are required /li /ul ul liCandidates currently based outside Switzerland are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to French-speaking Switzerland and have strong French language skills and meet all technical and experience requirements. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liA key planning role within an established international industrial company /li liA collaborative environment with strong cross-functional interactions /li liThe opportunity to contribute directly to supply chain performance and operational excellence /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
