For our international client based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Developer to join a dynamic and multicultural IT environment. You will be involved in the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle-based applications, with a strong focus on PL/SQL development and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Job Description
* Design, develop, and maintain robust Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL
* Optimize database performance, queries, and stored procedures
* Participate in application migrations and deployments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
* Collaborate with application developers, system engineers, and business stakeholders
* Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices in database development
* Write technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
* Support production environments and troubleshoot database-related issues
* Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an Oracle Developer
* Strong expertise in PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers)
* Solid knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or above)
* Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or strong motivation to work in cloud environments
* Good understanding of SQL performance tuning and optimization
* Experience working in international and multicultural environments
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional working proficiency in English
