Senior Activation GTM Manager – Cloud & AI Platforms (Switzerland)
The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into local execution plans and driving operational excellence. As the Senior Activation GTM Manager for Cloud & AI Platforms in Switzerland you will accelerate Azure Consumption Revenue and market share growth, deepen partnerships with stakeholders, and support one‑Microsoft initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across Cloud & AI Platforms and providing industry, market, and competitive insights.
* Execute Cloud & AI solution play plans, enable and activate sellers, and track efficacy of plans across the business.
* Orchestrate and execute strategic GTM plans across marketing, field, consulting, customer success, and partner functions.
* Ensure field communities have enablement and activation needed to run local business.
* Drive area/subsidiary leadership through long‑range, growth opportunities and investment plans.
* Drive pipeline of feedback from sales to partners, leveraging regional competitive strategy and ensuring technical and business blockers are addressed.
* Exemplify Microsoft values, culture, and leadership principles, creating clear course of action.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre‑sales, Azure sales, or related work.
* Equivalent experience is acceptable.
