Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) required.
* Must have knowledge of building trades.
* Must have experience as a skilled maintenance person.
* Must demonstrate the ability to organize work assignments and work independently.
* Must have the physical ability to perform full range of maintenance assignments, including heavy lifting, and climbing to the heights of any Bangor school building.
* Must be able to handle hazardous materials in a safe manner.
* Must be willing to become familiar with school department fire alarms, sprinkler system, security system, and phone systems to allow for basic repairs.
