Your role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for showcasing our collections and ensuring the visual consistency of the brand in-store.
Your role is to optimise product presentation in line with Massimo Dutti standards, while supporting the store's commercial objectives.
Main responsibilities
Commercial management
* Analyse performance indicators (sales, stock rotation, productivity) and propose appropriate action plans.
* Optimise product promotion according to commercial priorities and sales performances.
* Work closely with the Regional Manager and sales teams to ensure the visual strategy is properly implemented.
* Monitor the competition and track market developments.
Visual merchandising
* Ensure optimal product presentation in line with brand guidelines and current trends.
* Adapt layouts and window displays according to collections, seasons and sales results.
* Manage furniture, lighting, mannequins and all presentation materials.
* Maintain visual consistency throughout the sales area, in line with the Massimo Dutti identity.
* Train and support teams on presentation standards and understanding of the visual concept.
Required profile
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the high-end or premium ready-to-wear sector.
* Strong awareness of fashion, aesthetics and trends.
* Commercial mindset and results-oriented.
* Rigorous, detail-oriented and able to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
* Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and customer service mindset.
* Analytical skills and ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Flexible hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays).
