In this role within the Risk Controlling department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial risk management and providing key insights to senior leadership and regulatory bodies. We are looking for a skilled professional to strengthen our capabilities in managing financial risks.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead responsibility for monitoring financial risks, with a focus on credit, interest rate, and liquidity risks
* Design and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and strategies
* Coordinate group-wide risk oversight within the context of consolidated supervision
* Monitor financial risks and prepare reports for executive management and the board
* Collaborate closely with both internal departments and external partners
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
* Act as deputy to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Your Profile
* University degree in economics or equivalent qualifications (e.g., MBA, FRM, CFA)
* Several years of professional experience in a similar function within the financial sector (e.g., risk controlling, risk management, or audit)
* Deep understanding of Swiss banking regulations
* Precise, independent work style with strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
* Confident and persuasive presentation style
