Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines.

* Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new menu ideas and improve existing ones.
* Train and supervise students in culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree (CFC or equivalent) in Kitchen with 3-4 years work experience.
* Strong International Culinary knowledge.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Patient, maturity, and leadership skills.
* Very well organised and passionate.
