Were seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimize the daily operations of our growing network of hubs, stations, and customer support services.
Position Overview:
The Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Equips solutions in the field, supporting the growth of our network through the installation of new hubs, and continuously improving operational efficiency. This role oversees the field operations team (hub managers and boosters) and the customer service team, ensuring high service levels and cost effective operations.
Tasks
Field Operations Management : Oversee the performance of hubs, stations, and boosters, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Planning and Coordination :
* Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for hub installations and maintenance.
* Define team priorities and ensure effective resource allocation.
Hub Installations : Manage the execution of new hub installations, ensuring timely and high quality deployments.
Procedure Development : Update and optimize operational procedures for customer service and hubs.
Reporting:
* Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports on operational KPIs and team performance.
* Report specifically on hub performance for sponsors and cities to ensure transparency and maintain stakeholder confidence.
Customer Service : Organize and manage the customer service team to provide excellent support and resolution for user issues.
Cross Functional Collaboration :
* Work with the Head of Sales to coordinate new hub launches.
* Partner with the Head of Software to provide field feedback and improve app functionality.
* Collaborate with the Head of Hardware to identify issues, test fixes, and roll out updates.
* Support the Head of Marketing with hub launch events and booster community activities.
Key Objectives
* Ensure seamless daily operations and maintenance of hubs and stations.
* Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.
* Support growth by delivering on time, high quality hub installations.
* Improve operational processes to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a fast growing or multi site environment.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and set clear priorities.
3. Exceptiona
