As part of a small and highly effective team embedded within Group Finance, you will support Sonova’s growth agenda through strategic M&A and corporate development activities. Senior M&A/Corporate Development Manager
Responsibilities
Lead or support M&A transactions at Group level, from evaluation to execution
Develop business cases and valuation models to assess strategic opportunities
Coordinate and lead due diligence activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare management decision papers and presentations for senior leadership
Structure deals, including financial and tax considerations, and drive/support the negotiation processes
Oversee post-merger transition activities such as business case validation and purchase price allocation (PPA)
Ensure consistent monitoring and documentation of the M&A decision-making process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of proven experience in M&A, corporate development, or transaction advisory
Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills
Structured, independent thinker with strong business acumen and project management capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
Master’s degree, MBA, or CFA qualification preferred
Experience in healthcare, medtech, or related industries is an advantage
English language is a must; German, French, Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus
