The Role
As our UI Tech Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our frontend engineering. You won't just be writing code; you will be defining
how
we write it. In a small dynamic team, your impact will be immediate and visible. You will play a pivotal role, interacting tightly with design, product, and engineering, ensuring our platform is scalable, performant, and delightful to use.

Lausanne, Switzerland (On-site/Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
* Architect & Decide: Take full ownership of the frontend architecture. You will evaluate and select the appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools that best fit our long-term goals.
* Lead & Mentor: Foster a culture of technical excellence. You will guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and set coding standards.
* Build: Spend a significant portion of your time coding. You will tackle the most complex challenges and build reusable components.
* Collaborate: Work closely with our CTO, Product Managers, and Designers to translate requirements into technical reality.
* Scale: optimize application performance and ensure our UI codebase can reliably scale as our team and user base grow.
We are looking for
* Experience: 5+ years in frontend development and proven leadership skills.
* Tech Stack Authority: Deep expertise in modern TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystems. Whether you champion React, Vue, or Svelte, you must be able to justify your choices with solid reasoning.
* Tooling Wizardry: Proficiency with build tools (Webpack, Vite), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Design Sensibility: You don't need to be a designer, but you must speak their language. Experience with Figma is a plus.
* Soft Skills: You are a team player who communicates clearly. You are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment where requirements may evolve.
* Language: Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
