About Liom
Liom is looking for an experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to support our CEO and founder, Leo Grünstein. Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in Europe in 2028, and then as a medically cleared product in the US. Our team consists of over 35 staff with deep expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland.
Your profile
* +5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level or other senior executives
* Strong experience in managing complex travel arrangements (domestic and international)
* Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with strong multi-tasking abilities under pressure
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners
* Excellent MS Office knowledge and skills
* Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
* High degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
* Located in Greater Zurich Area or willing to re-locate

Your mission
* Proactively and efficiently manage the CEO's dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring that all commitments are met
* Handle the CEO's complex travel logistics, including booking transportation, accommodation, VISA, etc., whilst ensuring personal administrative matters are taken care of during his absence
* Provide comprehensive personal, household, and family support to streamline day-to-day logistics and protect the CEO's time, while proactively identifying recurring time drains and bottlenecks and taking ownership of solutions end-to-end
* Act as the CEO's point of contact across executives, employees, investors, and other external partners
* Provide general administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required
