Haut-Lac International Bilingual School is a dynamic, multilingual and international school located in St-Légier-La Chiésaz, Switzerland. We are committed to providing a high-quality, bilingual education in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Due to a maternity leave, we are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Primary English Teacher to join our team in P2 (7-8 years children) from August 2026 to January 2027 (100%).
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons within the primary curriculum
* Create a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment adapted to young learners
* Support students’ social and emotional development alongside academic progress
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in a bilingual setting
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
Profile:
* Qualified teacher with relevant certification in Primary Education
* Experience teaching in a primary setting (P2 or equivalent preferred)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
* Native English speaking (knowledge of French is an asset)
