Philippe SA Geneva Industrial Design Manager Watch (M/F) Mission In this role, within our Methods Division, you will be responsible for organizing and leading the activities of the Industrial Design Office for Watches while uniting, supervising, and developing the skills of your team. You will ensure the delivery of plans and the necessary tooling for new products in production, particularly in the clothing sector, while managing the workload of the office to guarantee the requested deadlines while ensuring the quality and excellence of Philippe. Maintain and evolve the reference framework in collaboration with the relevant parties. Lead, unite, motivate, and develop a team of 8 process builders. Research, with the team, solutions to optimize design times. Ensure the development and versatility of the team through support and regular reporting to various higher management. Profile Requirements - Higher education (university level or equivalent) in mechanics or design - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a technical team in the mechanical or micromechanical industry - Knowledge of watch products and processes, ideally from the clothing sector - Knowledge of design tools (FMEA, GPS, Tolerance Chains) and particularly of the software used in the industry - Project management experience is a plus - Excellent customer orientation and ability, analytical and synthesis skills, and being a driving force ref. of the position jid01b4fc2aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
