Job Description
The Business Engagement Team seeks an Event Services Specialist to deliver key participation and engagement metrics for business leaders across various events.
This role involves direct interactions with internal teams, including Account Management, Digital and IT, Global Programming, Security and Production, Marketing and Communications, to ensure maximum business participation at Forum institutional events.
The successful candidate will manage queries in the Business Services Inbox, provide day-to-day support for partners, co-lead event planning and preparation, promote business engagement guidelines, and assist in debrief exercises to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to queries in the Business Services Inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
* Provide day-to-day support for partners across various events, including event registrations, accommodation, transport services, visas, and other event logistics requirements.
* Co-lead the planning and preparation for business participants for select events.
* Promote the business engagement guidelines for the Forum's small-scale meetings and partner with internal teams to ensure adherence through ongoing training and consultation.
* Support the execution of change management and internal communications campaigns related to event engagement for business (internal briefings, open houses, workshops).
* Assist in debrief exercises to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in large-scale project management and hands-on experience in world-class event design and delivery.

* Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of leadership with confidence.
* Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate excellent organizational, project, and time management skills, a strong work ethic, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); strong knowledge of Salesforce, as well as project management tools and suites.
