Sales Consultant - Residential and Commercial Properties
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Manno, Ticino. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential and commercial property sales, building relationships with private clients and institutional investors, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record
* In-depth knowledge of the Swiss property market, particularly in Canton Ticino
* Consultative approach, client-oriented mindset, and strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in key digital tools and CRM software
* Fluent in Italian, with professional-level English; German is an advantage
