Job Description
As a Banking Specialist in the back office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and processing of banking operations, with a strong focus on Corporate Actions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting day-to-day back office activities with a focus on Corporate Actions processing and reconciliation
2. Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of financial transactions in accordance with internal and external guidelines
3. Acting as an internal liaison between various departments to support client needs and operational efficiency
4. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of back office workflows
5. Maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuringpliance with regulatory standards
6. Providing ad-hoc support in projects related to systems, process automation, or regulatory updates

Key Requirements:
7. Initial professional experience in a bank's back office, ideally within Corporate Actions
8. Familiarity with the Avaloq Core Banking System is highly advantageous
9. Strong organizational andmunication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
10. High level of personal drive, flexibility, and eagerness to learn and develop
11. Excellent team spirit, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
12. Ability to work independently and confidently in aplex operational environment
13. Fluency in German is essential; goodmand of English is required; additional languages are a plus
