Payroll & HR Projects ManagerIn a rapidly growing group, you are responsible for the complete management of payroll in Switzerland while actively contributing to high-value HR projects. This key role combines payroll expertise, legal compliance, and the optimization of HR processes.Our client is a large Swiss company operating across several cantons. In a strong phase of evolution, it emphasizes performance, quality, and efficiency in its HR processes.MissionsMain responsibilities:- Complete payroll management for all employees in Switzerland, multi-canton- Guarantee of legal compliance, calculation accuracy, and adherence to deadlines- Management of withholding tax and social insurance, and supervision of the time management system- Production and analysis of HR reporting- Active participation in cross-functional HR projects (e.g., AI, continuous improvement)- Support and advice to employees on payroll questions and internal policiesProfileYou have solid experience in Swiss payroll within a complex and large-scale environment (>500 employees).
