Job overview:

The Marketing Innovation Manager will drive product development, innovation and product launches. The role involves assisting in new country entry processes, supporting existing markets with product launches or optimizations, and menu expansion. This position is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, creativity, and strategic thinking, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your roles and responsibilities:

* New Country Entry:

* Develop and implement a portfolio strategy, identifying key growth opportunities based on consumer insights and market trends.

* Lead end-to-end commercialization process for locally sourced products and packaging

* Ensure culinary beliefs and specs are upheld to the highest standards

* Innovation Strategy & Development :

* Identification of innovation opportunities that are scalable across EMEA, and globally

* Develop and manage innovation pipelines and workstreams for key product categories, including category analysis.

* Partner with global and regional marketing teams and local franchisees to lead the innovation strategy, from ideation to market qualification.

* Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:

* Serve as project manager, creating a clear roadmap and engaging cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

* Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and external suppliers to bring innovative products to market and address issues with existing offerings.

* Forge close partnership with suppliers to leverage their scale and markets/categories knowledge.

* Assist in other marketing-specific tasks like implementing new products/promotions in tech systems

Your skills and experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

* Between 3-6 years in innovation and marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving growth through product innovation.

* Experience in leading consumer research and deriving actionable insights.

Technical Skills:

* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.

* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Soft Skills:

* Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities, with experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

* Start-up Mentality: Eager to move quickly, adapt, and work with a lean team.

* Curiosity & Learning: Demonstrates a proactive desire to stay ahead of trends and continuously innovate.
