About the Project
Lie Exposer is a high-stakes psychological tournament game that fuses deception, logic, body language, AI, and human intuition. Imagine Poker, Mafia, and Black Mirror meeting in a single, mind-bending board game experience.
Ambition: We're building a global IP — with competitive tournaments, educational formats, live streams, training tools, and a cult-like following.
Role: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As COO, you will be the operational backbone of the company. You’ll take our high-level vision and translate it into scalable systems, timelines, and actionable results. You’ll work directly with the founder and creative team to structure, lead, and grow the business.
Required & Preferred Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management
Operations / Entrepreneurship
Game Production / Media Management
Psychology / Behavioral Science
Engineering / IT with operational focus
Preferred:
MBA or Executive Degree in Strategy, Innovation, or Operations
Additional certifications in Agile PM, Product Ops, or Lean
Industry experience in gaming, entertainment, or startup scaling
Key Strengths Track record in operational leadership, scaling teams or projects
Exceptional planning and execution skills
Clear communicator and strong in cross-functional collaboration
Startup mindset: resilient, hands-on, fast decision-maker
Interest in psychology, gaming, or human systems is a strong bonus
Experience managing remote or international teams is an advantage
Responsibilities Build and manage day-to-day operations and business workflows
Oversee partnerships, legal, logistics, and supply chain setup
Coordinate external agencies, production, and creative teams
Implement KPIs, project timelines, and operational systems
Support international expansion and company structuring (Estonia / Switzerland)
Represent Lie Exposer in strategic conversations, negotiations, and public appearances (as needed)
