You will ensure the prevention and promotion of health among our beneficiaries and their surroundings. Accompanied by a team of expert multidisciplinary professionals, you will perform medical-technical care and ensure the smooth running of care by following up on our beneficiaries through the updating of their files and actively participating in meetings. As a reference nurse, you will be a resource person within the team, coordinating interventions around the beneficiary and supporting the quality and continuity of care based on new developments in the sector.Profile- Diploma of a nurse in general care, level 2 or higher. - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience desired, ideally in home care or community health.
