PpbAbout the Role /b /p /p pThe Systems Design Project Manager (IRT) plays a key role in supporting clinical trials by designing and delivering IRT systems that ensure patients receive the correct study drug according to protocol. You will work directly with sponsors to analyse study requirements, translate them into clear system specifications, and oversee implementation from start to finish. /ppThis is a highly consultative, client‑facing position that requires strong IRT expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a regulated environment. /ppWhat You’ll Do /pliAnalyse study protocols and define IRT system needs with clients. /liliConsult with sponsors on the best approach to IRT system setup and design. /liliAuthor user requirement documents and lead review cycles with internal and external teams. /liliDevelop and manage project timelines to ensure on‑time delivery. /liliPrepare project reports including status updates, tracking metrics, and financial summaries. /liliOversee financial elements such as deliverable tracking and invoice approval. /liliCoordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and milestone achievement. /liliLead issue resolution and support continuous improvement initiatives. /liliContribute to proposals and RFPs as needed. /liliMentor junior PMs and support team development. /liliPresent project updates at internal and external meetings. /liliEnsure compliance with SOPs, policies, and quality standards. /lipWhat You Bring /pliBachelor’s degree required. /liliSubstantial years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. /liliMandatory experience in IRT system design. /liliSQL experience desirable. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliProven ability to meet quality and timeline expectations. /liliEffective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. /liliAbility to work independently with minimal direction. /liliProficiency with MS Office and general software tools. /lipbWhy Join? /b /ppThose who join us become part of a recognized global leader still willing to challenge the status quo to improve patient care.
