We are looking for, starting July 1 or as agreed, on our site in Granges-près-Marnand (VD), a Technical Service Manager. Your tasks/responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team (5 people) by promoting performance. - Ensure the availability, reliability, and compliance of production facilities and building infrastructure. - Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in maintenance and repair work on production facilities, silos, and buildings. - Actively participate in resolving mechanical and electromechanical breakdowns. - Contribute to the planning and implementation of investment and continuous improvement projects. - Ensure the monitoring and control of the maintenance budget. - Coordinate external interventions and ensure the quality of these interventions. - Guarantee directives regarding workplace safety, hygiene, and quality. - Be willing to occasionally intervene at other GMSA sites. Your profile: - You hold a vocational qualification as an industrial apparatus builder or mechanic and have completed further training (diploma or higher professional examination). Knowledge in automation and electrical engineering is desired. - You have solid experience and skills in maintenance, ideally in the food industry, as well as confirmed management experience. - You are a native French speaker and are proficient with common tools (MS Office). Knowledge of German is a plus. - You hold a driving license, have a strong sense of responsibility, are conscientious, organized, flexible, and enjoy teamwork.
