* Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms for CeFi and DeFi markets
* Design and implement state-of-the-art trade execution and connectivity solutions
* Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols, exchange microstructures, and trading strategies
* Stay up to date with developments in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and exchange landscapes
* Contribute to end-to-end solutions, from concept and prototyping to deployment
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling
* Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets
* Comfortable in a Linux R&D environment with git and related tools
* Ability to research independently and adapt to rapidly changing markets
* Excellent programming skills in one or more blockchain languages (e.g., Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move)
* Proficiency in English
Nice to Haves
* Hands-on experience in blockchain analytics, smart contract design, and cryptography
* Deep understanding of EVM or other blockchain ecosystems
* Programming experience in quantitative trading environments
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based systems
