Responsibilities
1. Manage and administer the IT infrastructure
2. Handle challenging Second- and Third-Level ICT support
3. Maintain customer installations (servers, clients, network components)
4. Participate in the implementation of comprehensive ICT projects
5. Address and resolve hardware, software, and network issues or inquiries
6. Monitor customer systems
Profile
1. Completed ICT apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent professional experience
2. Previous experience in a similar role
3. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Client operating systems and MS Office
4. Knowledge of networks and Active Directory; experience with VMware or Azure is a plus
5. Communicative and committed personality
6. Excellent German and good English skills; French is a plus
