KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales & Service: Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing a personalized shopping experience aligned with the brand's high standards of excellence.
* Clienteling (CRM): Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and visiting guests. This involves regular follow-ups, managing after-sales requests, and utilizing digital tools to maintain client loyalty.
* Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of raw materials and seasonal collections to advise clients on styling and quality.
* Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutique reflects the brand's aesthetic, and participate in inventory management and daily store maintenance.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
* Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Given Gstaad's location and clientele, proficiency in German or French is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: High level of interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to a high-paced environment, and a strong sense of team collaboration.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools such as SAP or Microsoft Office for managing client data and store operations.
