Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of facility management services, driving efficiency and high standards in your assigned region.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, enhancing organizational structures to achieve better results.
* Provide strong leadership to inspire performance and growth within a dynamic team.
* Manage contractual deliverables, ensuring compliance, cost-effective initiatives, and client satisfaction.
* Lead hard and soft services, including HSE, energy optimization, and food management.
* Balance client requests with effective service delivery while maintaining high internal standards.
* Drive services, projects, and programs aligned with client goals, including TCO targets and project outcomes.
* Implement innovative problem-solving approaches to create value in FM services and the supply chain.
* Execute portfolio-wide initiatives, such as energy programs, training, HSE compliance, and succession planning.
* Ensure financial performance aligns with budgets, producing variance analyses.
* Comply with applicable laws, policies, and best practices within FM services.
Requirements
* A degree in engineering, property management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in an integrated FM role across multiple regions or in a cross-functional outsourced environment.
* Recognized professional qualifications in facilities management.
* A proactive individual with a commitment to service excellence and customer understanding.
* Proven problem-solving skills, offering creative solutions in diverse situations.
* Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
* Strong reporting and business case preparation skills.
